Arsenal v Barca had about 30 pages by the time the game started last season.

There are very few Chelsea fans on here compared to Arsenal fans, and most of that thread was filled with people arguing, with the neutrals saying Barca will win and all the deluded Arsenal fans getting pissy, saying they can go through, when it clearly wasn't going to happen.

To be fair everyone was saying Barca would pound Arsenal in the first leg and Arsenal won.ScottyBoy_1989 wrote:Chris wrote:Arsenal v Barca had about 30 pages by the time the game started last season.

Barca did pound them and had decisions go against them, like the Messi goal. Arsenal were very fortunate to get 2 goals out of nowhere.

Even so, they didn't smash them like people said.ScottyBoy_1989 wrote:kyro7 wrote:To be fair everyone was saying Barca would pound Arsenal in the first leg and Arsenal won.ScottyBoy_1989 wrote:

Well they didn't.. because people were referring to them smashing as in winning, and they lost 2-1, even with the one goal decision.. it doesn't change people being wrong.

I remember Arsenal didn't even have a shot in the second leg Compared to Barca having like, 20.

Lol @Scott
No need to bring it up now, we were unlucky not to go through.

We had 10 men and actually Bendtner had a shot which if he wasn't retarded would have put Barca out.ScottyBoy_1989 wrote:I remember Arsenal didn't even have a shot in the second leg Compared to Barca having like, 20.
People like Jamie said we had no chance in the first leg over and over but we won.
Also Scott what do you mean goals out of nowhere? Both were top class particularly the winner. You always say other clubs goals are fluke, lucky, shit or something.

Lol of course we were unlucky, Robin's ridiculous sending off anyone? Or Bendtner's chance right at the end of the game which would have sent us through?
Guest- Guest
Barcelona's complete dominance, scored more goals than you AND had a goal ruled out in the first leg? You were not unlucky, Messi missing an easy one on one as well in the first leg, not often you'll see that.Gegilworld93 wrote:Lol of course we were unlucky, Robin's ridiculous sending off anyone? We were dominated, but how the fuck was Arshavin's goal "out of nothing"?

If we had more luck that day, i.e. a better decision by the referee or a better touch by Bendtner we would have gone through, so I think it's fair to say we were unlucky.
Anyway, can we please move on now? This thread is about tonight's game.

One thing is for sure, Chelsea will make a better go of it than Arsenal.

You had luck in Busquets' own goal, the messi disallowed goal in the 1st leg, the apparently forgotten clear foul on pedro by koscielny when he was one-on-one in the box in the 1st leg and the apparently forgotten possible penalty when song or djourou (some black kunt) tripped messi in the box in the 2nd leg. Then theres also the bad misses from messi, And nI think overall it'd be massively exaggerating to say you were unlucky to not go through, Yes,with some more luck you couldve gone through, just in the same way with a bit more luck Id have won the lottery 4 times, it doesnt make me unlucky that I havent though.
Praying Keita doesnt start and Iniesta starts in midfield.

Anyway, there's your answer. If people make comments against Arsenal, a bunch of you jump in and argue back. If I continued my experiment, the pages would rack up in no time.
Thanks for being my lab rats.

I just don't care

Lol the usual Scott hate for Arsenal continues. Don't worry son you won't be facing Barcelona anytime soon unless it's a friendly
Guest- Guest
Haha, if you say so. Just showing you how the Arsenal one had loads of comments and this one hasn't, so far.

It's still working even though I've stated what I was doing Flies landing in my web.

Realise after people reply
