Its because he has never played in the cl so a lot of people come to the false conclusion that he's not good enough for that level when the fact of the matter is that hes the one whose chosen to stay at Udinese all those years.

Probably because he only became a truly world class player after he hit 30. You never hear him named among the best strikers in the world but I reckon he's comfortably top ten, even though he'll be 35 this year

    Fucking amazing.

Di Natale is so underrated. He's the best italian striker since 2007/8, scores for fun playing for a mid-table team.

    facepalm

The player was behind him. Players fall down all the time for injuries and whatnot. How was the referee supposed to know he was having a heart attack. And I doubt that few seconds could have made a difference.

Uhh, they're 3 points behind a Champions league spot and were unlucky to lose to Arsenal in the CL qualifiers this season..

Really?? The letter of the law says the referee should only blow for obvious head injuries and that is not what happened here. In hindsight the referee should have done more but I do not really see that here. Treatment might have been delayed by 10 seconds max and I do not see that as a true difference maker. If this went on for 5 minutes and I would a agree that the delay made a difference but that is not what happened here.
