Terry probably inches it for me. Regardless of his flaws(Gerrard obviously has them too) he's a quality leader, no doubt about it. You definitely need that presence though and both him and Gerrard have it.

Okay not the worst but he really shouldn't be our captain unless there are a lot of major injuries to the likes of Vidic, Ferdinand, Rooney and Giggs. He just doesn't strike me as being a leader.
