After yesterday's 1-1 draw with Wrexham Fleetwood Town has achieved the rare feat of scoring 100 goals in a season and earning 100 points. They are 31-9-3 with three games still to play. Has any team in the recent past reached this feat? In the 2005/06 Champiomship Reading onlu scored 99 goals.

Fleetwood Town has earned 102 points which leads to the question, which total will be higher Fleetwood's goal or points total?

Fleetwood's remaining games are v Lincoln City, @ Cambridge United, and v Luton Town.

Impressive, I assume they have already clinched promotion to League 2, and I can see them gaining promotion next season if they keep scoring like that.

Not quite, but they are only one point away from that. Wrexham also is having an awesome season at 28-7-7 so I really hope they win out in the playoffs. They are 11 points behind Fleetwood Town and 11 points in front of third place. Wrexham also has one game in hand now.

I'm not sure if you are asking in general if there is a club that scored more than their points, because Barcelona and Real Madrid do it almost every season for the past 3 seasons or so.

Clubs that have reached the one hundred points and one hundred goal mark in one season Ahly, not clubs scoring more goals than points.

In 2004, we had 91 points and scored 103 goals but failed to win promotion.

They just need to get 4 points from 3 games to beat our points total last season. Fleetwood Town and the "double 100 club" 1371890812

Yes it will and this was only their 2nd season ever in the Conference National. The last league game these guys lost was in late October.

They can go up tonight with a win. They were 2-0 down but Jamie Vardy's scored twice so it's 2-2. Half an hour left.

They need to lose to their next game for us to keep our unbeaten record from last season which was 30. They are now unbeaten in 29 and have 2 games left.

Well since Wrexham could only manage a draw today Fleetwood are up! It is a bummer to go up this way but it happens. Everyone hopefully can celebrate at their next match. Although to not go up Fleetwood would have had to lose every game and lose their advantage in goal difference so they were almost certainly up before today.
