Yes, if it's in any 4 back formation and it's the cheapest one of it's kind it will probably sell. Otherwise it's just unlucky that no one is looking for him in that formation.

You should also be able to improve the chemistry after you've played a certain amount of games like 100. So you can have players from different leagues who have no chemistry to start with in the same team.
