After a disappointing first few months to the season, Brighton chairman Tony Bloom relieved Gus Poyet of his duties, replacing him with former England international Jordi Murray.
Murray was formerly part of Jason Dodd's team at the Southampton academy, but has confirmed he relishes the chance to take the helm at the AMEX stadium.
