Saints could finish the match 9 points ahead of West Ham in third if they lose to Reading today, Blackpool could move into the play off spots if things go their way.

Roman Bednar is the only player out for Blackpool, Ian Holloway otherwise has a full squad to choose from.

Southampton have no fresh injury worries, Frazer Richardson might return after a groin injury, Rickie Lambert has recovered from a knock picked up in the win against Doncaster, and Tadanari Lee could be back in contention after missing three games with an ankle injury.

This will no doubt be an entertaining game at Bloomfield Road.
