He is fantastic. He isn't as quick as Walker/Richards, but he is probably the best crosser in the game.

He is also a great lad off of the pitch, and proudly takes over set pieces whenever I ask.

I've always used Richards because he's good in the air and I hate being beaten in the air at the back post, how is Glen in that situation?

I had 800k with no players so I sold 500k on eBay and spent 150k on packs... Sold all the stuff from packs and managed to afford this..

Glen has a good leap on him. He also has more international pedigree than Micah, and is thus more likely to be positionally astute.
