I have an update on the latest social experiment I have done on my brother.
Instead of moving the bottle from the sink, he did exactly as I anticipated and turned the tap on, full blast, straight onto the empty bottle. Massive water patches all over his clothes and his face is covered in it.
Next thing, deadly silence... He's switched the tap off. I hear a short burst of foot stamps as he walks towards the bathroom door, opens it and starts screaming downstairs towards my mum "Why the fuck is their a bottle in the sink!?"
I'm pissing my self at this moment, but I then realise that how sad it is that he is in fact retarded, and that I shouldn't laugh at this misfortune... I continue to laugh.
