The 4 qualifying rounds also go to replays. But I doubt that effects you.

FA Cup games went to lots of replays years ago if they needed to. Liverpool played Arsenal in the FA Cup semi final and they met 4 times in that semi final. Liverpool back then played Arsenal 3 times in 6 days and they met 5 times in less than 3 weeks with the 4 FA Cup games and a League game.

Could you imagine us meeting Arsenal that amout of times in a short space of time nowadays, this forum would be good.

I actually dont remember those semi finals it was a couple of years later i started supporting Liverpool. And well thats just the way life is we cant change what age we are. But anyway im off because ive got a 300 mile journey to make as im on the way to Liverpool.
