Re: FA Cup - Everton vs Sunderland
Feel Everton need to win this now, replay might be asking too much.

Of course there are.Scott. wrote:There's replays at this stage? Aw, meh.
You seem to ask this kind of thing all the time.

It's one of those things I never seem to learn.
Perhaps now I will. Is it the same for the Carling Cup?

Carling Cup always goes to ET/penalties.
Bar the semi final first leg, of course.

Should of seen him in La Liga.Zzonked wrote:Scott. wrote:Been watching this game, good game so far. Drenthe has impressed me, should have had a penalty.
He's got a low centre of gravity and pace, those type of players are always good to watch.

From round 1 to the quarters yes.Scott. wrote:So replays is just an FA Cup 'ting?
The 4 qualifying rounds also go to replays. But I doubt that effects you.

I'm not seeing the hype, yes he's quick but there was no end product to anything he did in the first half.

Maybe in comparison to the other players at Real, but he's not a bad player.

At Hercules he was average too and they didn't have that bad of a team last year.Zzonked wrote:Theo Filippo wrote:He was awful.

Re: FA Cup - Everton vs Sunderland
FA Cup games went to lots of replays years ago if they needed to. Liverpool played Arsenal in the FA Cup semi final and they met 4 times in that semi final. Liverpool back then played Arsenal 3 times in 6 days and they met 5 times in less than 3 weeks with the 4 FA Cup games and a League game.Scott. wrote:So replays is just an FA Cup 'ting?
Could you imagine us meeting Arsenal that amout of times in a short space of time nowadays, this forum would be good.
