They get paid. Most of uniteds side are school scholars so they wont get a lot. Not sure if any are on professional contracts. Last year, when Morrison and Pogba were in the side I'm pretty sure they were on quite a bit for youth players.

I'm sure Piazon will be on a fair bit, we spent like 7mil on him.
