Do you/Did you play a 'general sport'

I.E. not football.

I know Yarn and me played rugby union. Anyone else play anything?

Tennis for 5 or 6 years regularly...now just in the Summer a bit.
Golf....regularly for 3 years....now mostly in the Summer, though I might start playing more. Depends on how my job goes.

Play some other sports randomly....like maybe table tennis, badminton or squash........

Erm, we did lots of sports in P.E., does that count?

I don't play any sport other than football often. Sometimes I'll play basketball with friends. I also have table tennis in my basement.

Boxing in my pre teens, American football and Baseball in highschool.

And runnin' from the police.

I played for the hockey team at school. Some bitch from Dinnington split my hand open one time...I didn't even realise it was possible to split a hand open

Ouch. I'm really squeamish when it comes to my hands. After all they are 2/3rds of my instruments of love.

Used to play Rugby League. (broke my arm in it)

I play squash and have broke my arm in that as well.. and tennis in some league.

How on earth do you break your arm playing squash?

Play tennis or badminton with mates every week or two.

Making my comeback soon, got a tournament in April which I think I'm pencilled in for. A year after I last did any form of competitive sport.

Got some Scottish medals and shit for cycling from when I was a bit younger. Used to play badminton for my school too.

I've played loads of sports, the only one I've gone out of my way to play is Football.

I played baseball and hockey when I was younger.

Played Tennis for around 3-4 years mostly everyday after school. But then I got fat and lazy.

Dude, "any sport other than football" is a whole 14 keystrokes more than "a 'general sport.'" You've spent more than that explaining what you meant in subsequent posts. But you "couldn't be bothered."

Anyway, I've changed my mind and decided I can be bothered: I played golf, tennis, baseball and hockey* growing up.



*Anybody who thinks that's a reference to field hockey will get waterboarded.
