During this kind of sleep I only ever see / feel pretty nasty stuff I hate it to be honest
Quite often it's me in my bed, I'm unable to move with someone in black clothing approaching the bed. They crawl on to the bed, whilst i'm trying to scream for help.. I can 'hear' the air blowing out of my mouth but no sound.. It gets worse as they slowly put a knife in to my stomach and stab me, at that point i get a weird sensation.. it feels like i can feel the bloody coming up my throat, and i get a sense of taste which is very metallic like.. I feel like I can't breathe, I then wake up.
Other times, I'm in my bed and can see the bedroom door slowly opening but i get the sense that nobody should be in the house so i'm terrified, as usual unable to move then all of a sudden someone bursts through it sprinting toward me and stands inches from my face just eyes wide open with a 'demon' like face (my perception of one i guess)
Another one is I can hear someone in the house slowly creeping round, they walk in to my room but I'm trying to stay as still as physically possible hoping they don't see me as they walk around the bed then peer out of the curtains. They turn back and see me, I'm frozen stiff and again try screaming but as usual nothing
I have nice dreams quite a lot, but they aren't ones where I feel paralysed.. they become annoying because i'll get to a good bit, and then things will start going in super fast motion and completely ruin where i'm up to in the dream and I'll wake up. No mater how hard i then try i can't get back to that dream!
