Going for a shower in 5 mins, then FM/on hear until like 2, then school, up at 7.

I fell asleep earlier and dreamt that one of my mates was pushing me down in a swimming pool. Woke up and couldn't move like someone was pushing down on my chest. I read that the way to snap out of it is to try and wiggle your toes, so did that and got free. Felt weird though.

I experience sleep paralysis all the time (well not all the time but on several occasions). I usually panic in the moment and try to move but I can't and I usually don't actually register that it's sleep paralysis until after. Usually I just go straight back to sleep though and don't actually remember it happened until later that day.

I've had a dream before where I've dreamt that I had lived the following day. Just an average day where I'd went to school, got home, played football or summat. Just normal things. So when I woke up I thought it was Saturday when in fact it was Friday and I had to go to school.

I love waking up like fuck sake it's Sunday, then you find out it's Saturday
