Shevchenko was good until he moved to Chelsea which was in 2006. In 2005 he scored 26 goals in 40 games, in 2006 he scored 28 goals in 40 games Rooney certainly shouldn't be there.

I was suprised he only spent one season there, but he was prolific. His first 2 seasons at Chelsea was just above average, although I do feel he just misses out on the list.
