Fucking right I believe he is, there's no honestly about it. He just
needs to work on his finishing, Ste, he's a special special player and
that's why Barcelona want him mate. But it's not just his ability with
the ball that sets him apart from most players, it's the whole
package... his work-rate, his mentality, attitude, his health. He's a
diamond in amongst a bunch of stones at Liverpool put it that way and I
wouldn't blame him one bit if he did move on to Barcelona soon.

Clearly the best player in the world. I mean, every Liverpool striker that has done somewhat well has been the best player in the world surely?

Ian Rush was twice the player of Rummenigge and Rossi, Dalglish was clearly a much better player than Platini, Van Basten had nothing on Fowler, Ronaldo could only dream to be as good as Michael Owen and Torres was clearly a much better player than David Villa. It's only natural that Suarez would be better, or at least as good as Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
