etc. My canine's were going abit pale, probably because i smoke now and then and drink alot off coffee.

Been giving them extra attention with tooth brush, does fuck all.

My cousen told me she got a kit from sainsbury which you use for 2 mins in the morning, 2 mins in the evening for 1 week and its made hers as white as fuck cuzzz.

But yeah, I don't think brushing does make them any more white, it's genetic. It does stop them falling out looking like complete shit though.

I bought a teeth whitening kit off eBay yesterday, will probably start using it in like a week or two, will post results.

Crest 3D White strips are actually fantastic, know quite a bit of people who have used them and they rave about it. If I pretentious or was easily pressured by social norms. I'd definitely use them.

People complain about sensitivity and their teeth and gums feeling "raw" a lot though.
