That tackle didn't end his career though. Haaland played the rest of the match and the one a week later. It might have been the root of the problem but it certainly didn't end his career there and then.

Today I found out that Ron-Robert Zieler was at Man United between the years of 2005 and 2010, as a youngster, he was then released on a free and Hannover snapped him up. He is now they're number 1 custodian and already has a cap for Germany.
I know De Gea already gets a lot of shit and a lot of you want to defend him, but wouldn't you think it would have been better to have kept Zieler rather than got and spent £20 million on a keeper not suited for this league?

Also.. not sure if stay away, or do it anymore. He wants to go to Spain sure, but is that really reasonable anymore, go to United then Spain in a few years when he feel like getting his career goalscoring average up a bit
