Btw, Dalglish has shown how silly he is tactically. Today of all days he needed to go 5 at the back. Putting 3 centre backs up against Rooney and Welbeck would deal with them comfortably. It would also have allowed Agger to move up the field and press which ever one goes deep without leaving his defence exposted.

This. He is relying too much on Gerrard to link up and create play when it is clear he is not firing at 100%. Liverpool are backed up against a wall because they can't win the ball up the pitch
