Why not extra time? It does not say away goals count.

I said home and away games I didnt say away goals didnt count either. I thought that was automatically implied ?

Usually in home and away games there is away goals rule, only exception is when it says away goals don't count. I seriously thought it would be understood that away goals rule are in when I posted "home and away matches."
