I had to type the ends of the links because i'm apparently not allowed to post full ones yet. Just add those bits after the usual Guardian website
Came across a couple of interesting articles on the Guardian website.

Out of all the players below, they only one i've not seen is Pearce at Reading. In my opinion the other 5 could comfortably make it into Premier League sides. Clyne and Chester could most likely make it a littler further than the other 3 mainly because Lallana and Snodgrass probably wont progress so much and Zaha's game is heavily based on pace (Agbonlahor-esque)
Which other players do you think would comfortably make the move from the Championship to the Premier League?

With Norwich's bid for Leeds skipper Jonny Howson and the success of players like Leon Britton and Danny Graham at Swansea, some Premier League clubs are showing that they do not always have to spend big to ensure a coup in the transfer window. Here are just half a dozen prospects from the Championship that could soon be making the step up.
Adam Lallana, 23, Southampton
The attacking midfielder with excellent control, equally comfortable out wide or in the hole behind the central striker, he has scored 28 goals in the past two and a half seasons and his intelligent passing and movement have made him the fulcrum of Saints' promotion charge.
Wilfried Zaha, 19, Crystal Palace
Winger whose sprinter's pace and direct running asks questions full-backs find hard to answer. His ball skills and array of feints suggest someone playing off the cuff and if he occasionally fails to track back and overdoes the stepovers his matchwinning talent demands a degree of indulgence.
Alex Pearce, 23, Reading
Dominant Scotland Under-21 centre-half who also makes a nuisance of himself up front. Excellent positional play and leadership qualities make up for a noticeable lack of pace for a player clearly modelling his game on a young John Terry.
Robert Snodgrass, 24, Leeds United
The wide midfielder with the tricks to compensate for the absence of the kind of searing speed which would elevate him into the highest class. With curling free-kicks and an awareness that gets him into the penalty area to finish in his repertoire it is only doubts about his athleticism that are holding him back.
James Chester, 22, Hull City
Short for a centre-half at 5ft 11in, the former Manchester United trainee is composed in possession and has flourished in a team that builds from the back. Although small he times his leaps well and has the aggression to complement his class. Bolton and Everton are tracking him.
Nathaniel Clyne, 20, Crystal Palace
As close to a right-footed young Ashley Cole – whose talent was also honed at Palace, if only on loan from Arsenal – as you're likely to get, the much-coveted agile, attacking right‑back has developed the defensive nous to go with his penetrating, barnstorming runs up the right.
