I don't think it lowers your testosterone level if you spunk, but I think it raises it if you don't, if that makes sense.

Last night was a success. Found it hard to get to sleep, but I felt really energetic in the morning and through out the day. Day 1 = Done.

Good shout, but most of the time I just go out with my mates, not really to try and pull a girl, just a bit of fun but if it happened it would be awkward as I said
