I would say its more to do with your players poor finishing than goalkeepers having good games.

No, the saves have been phenomenal.

I've watched pretty much all of those saves apart from the ones not shown on highlights, and tbh in alot of those scenarios the players should have done alot better with their shooting/heading.
Perfect example, today when Gerrard passed to Downing who was on the right and put in a shit shot, the commentator started saying good save etc and then everyone on twitter goes on about it being a good save, when in reality it was just a poor effort by Downing. That's just one scenario but you get the point.

You're using that as an example? Fuck off. No-one counted that as one of the 'saves' we're talking about here.

Think it's a mixture of both tbh. Sometimes Liverpool have been unlucky, coming up against goalkeepers who just aren't going to be beaten, other times they've been absloutley toothless in attack (Wigan in mid-week being the latest example). Don't see the point in blaming the crossbar either, that's just poor finishing.

Who cares who makes the thread? I'll just readying myself for the same old. So predictable that I believe in the supernatural again.
Or match-fixing, really really good matchfixing.

We've been dreadfully unlucky, that's all that I care about. Being shit is a secondary issue.

Well it shouldn't be, nothing can be done about luck, it goes for you or it doesn't, you have to wait for your luck to change, but the shit performances can be worked on.Beowulf wrote:Barton wrote:

Shut up. This isn't going to change for some time. Plenty can be done about luck, booing the shit out of the opponent keepers should be a start.

Your comment after the last minute frenzy wound me up, really hit a nerve there.

I don't think I've ever wanted us to beat anybody more than I want us to beat Liverpool on Friday

Old players usually seem to score against us. Even Titus fucking Bramble

Fine, maybe he'll score at our end.

He'll replace Suarez after another poor display and jump around for a few minutes.

Maybe send a header goal wards in the last minutes which Krul will somehow tip over. Keepers don't even need to have any ability to be world class against us and Krul is quality. Sounds good.

Glad we won't have to play Perch. Would be raped inside out by Carroll.

We could do with giving Carroll a good run of games. So I'd settle for this;
Reina
Johnson Skrtel Agger Enrique
Gerrard Adam
Bellamy -------------- Maxi
Carroll Suarez
