Sorry Danny i will just leave it and give you all peace. Even though i dont like Fergie at times but how can that clown post so much rubbish about a man who has been so great for Manchester United and well i would not write them off under auld Fergie just yet.Danny wrote:Alan just leave it out.
It just gets us going through the same bollocks, and then he fucks off to your thread when he's bored of knocking all things Man Utd and pisses all you off.

Same for me, I feel when we're top and lose I feel sick for days, I think it's because we're all resigned to City winning the league.Kuled wrote:WTF is wrong with me, last season when we lost I would feel awful for hours now it's like..yeah we lost, move on

I disagree. City being 6 points clear isn't a crisis. If we get 2nd that's not really a crisis.
Meh, with the money City has, the amount of injuries we're having and the lack of a proper midfield due and even a regular defensive quartet it's not all that surprising if we finish second. It would be disappointing, but it wouldn't be entirely unexpected.

Yeah, that's true but whatever situation we're in, not winning the league isn't good enough.Laurencio wrote:Danny wrote:Not good enough though.

I think so man, I can't get that disgusting image of Kompany lifting the title out of my head.kyro7 wrote:Same for me, I feel when we're top and lose I feel sick for days, I think it's because we're all resigned to City winning the league.Kuled wrote:WTF is wrong with me, last season when we lost I would feel awful for hours now it's like..yeah we lost, move on

Now althought that hurts, that is so true. I remember Liverpool being at the top of the game for so long and people always writing them off and they always bounced back and prove them wrong. But for the past 20 odd years well Liverpool have not been good enough and thats when you fans should start worrying, when it happens for more than a season or 5.Laurencio wrote:ResurrectionRooney wrote:Sir Alex: "It's not the time to panic."
When is the time to panic?

I can't imagine watching the trophy being handed to Kompany. It's not as if I can't picture City winning the league though.Kuled wrote:I think so man, I can't keep getting that disgusting image of Kompany lifting the title out of my head.kyro7 wrote:Same for me, I feel when we're top and lose I feel sick for days, I think it's because we're all resigned to City winning the league.

Still though. You can't deny that City has a better squad than us. We might just edge it when it comes to defenders, but other than that they are clearly better suited.

To be honest though, we haven't got a clue what a crisis is, we're 3 points off a team that have been superb this season, and most people are acting like it's the end of the world after 20 games, shows how spoilt we have been.

If the team is shitty then that is Ferguson's fault.

Re: Manchester United FC Official Thread
People seem to be forgetting about Rooney's frankly terrible performance. I honestly can't think of any other top player's form being this sporadic due to off field events. Fair enough he's a superbly talented player but with the bumper contract he's on you would expect Rooney to be the man who drags United through kicking and screaming in games like this, not to disappear and vent his frustration at his team-mates or kick out on an opponent. He just needs to man the fuck up and handle the pressure he's under.

He's been good this season so I think we can allow for a bad game where everyone was shit.

His aggression and passion is what makes him a good player. It does mean he is a less than professional player, but it makes for some truly stunning performances when things are going his way.

Rooney is by far the highest earner at the club, he didn't look he could even control the ball from the first minute. Carroll would be ashamed of that performance.

Superb, sees a few comments from the likes of RR and Viva and comes up with that.
