08-09 - Featured a bit more.
Wasn't that important, the only season he was an important player was the year they lost the title to Chelsea.

06/07 he was very much a back-up player to the first choice partnership of Carrick and the sublime Scholes, 08/09 he was arguably first choice, but our midfield was very very fluid, I imagine a lot of those appearances in both seasons were off the bench.
