No.

Yes, I can't see them slipping up drastically between now and the end of the season, their squad is big enough to switch things around but not be weakened significantly.

It is inevitable, they'll win.

Most likely. Will probably get another player in January and then I don't think many others will stand a chance.

They are only 5 points ahead of United and 4 points ahead of Spurs, should Spurs win their game in hand.
2 games could change the look of that completely.
They don't need to slip up drastically to be caught up upon. A couple draws for City and a couple wins for Spurs (after their game in hand) and they're on equal points. Should City lose, they could be caught much quicker than that.
Not saying I don't think City will in the League, 'cause I do think they will. Just saying, they're not dramatically ahead of the pack right now. They're the same number of points ahead of Man United as Chelsea are ahead of us. Do you think we're not going to catch Chelsea?

Yes. If they don't and a team like Manchester United wins it again, it will reflect poorly on the league's standard.

Probably not.Scott wrote:Do you think we're not going to catch Chelsea?
And even if you did, I don't see City dropping points like Chelsea could.
5 points isn't the worry, I think we've done well points wise this campaign so far, but City are a far better team and we've lost our captain and best or 2nd best player.

I don't think we'll catch Chelsea. But I guess you're right, I just don't think that they'll lose/draw as much as the chasing pack, we'll see if they don't lose their bottle when it comes to crunch time, with about 10 games left, if they're still at the top then.

This. I imagine Chelsea to be runners-up.

City have Chelsea, then Arsenal.
Will be interesting to see what the table looks like after those 2 games.

I think that is key. If they're still unbeaten after both, you'd have to say there in a strong position.

I reckon we'll drop more points than City do when we have Wolves and QPR next.

We're favorites but it's so far from settled. It's inevitable we'll drop points eventually, just depends if people will capitalize.

I can see you beating Wolves comfortably, although QPR is a mixed bag, they could play really well, or you could just beat them easily.

If they draw both, and Spurs beat Stoke and Sunderland, then Spurs will be 3 points behind with a game in hand.
If City were to lose one, it could be much closer. Lose both, wow.

Liverpool should have fucking done City and it would be even more interesting.

Blame Joe Hart.

I don't want Spurs to win the league at all, although it's interesting, because at the moment it looks like Spurs AND City will be in the Top 4 which will mean 2 of Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool will miss out (I don't know why i'm including Manchester United, because I think theres no question of them missing out). Times have indeed changed from a few years ago when it was kinda set in stone.

To be fair at the end of our game De Gea kind of done the same, not as much but yeah.Scott wrote:kyro7 wrote:Liverpool should have fucking done City and it would be even more interesting.

This is true.
Looking deeper into the schedule even if Spurs can catch up to within 1 or two points by the end of January (which they could) Tottenham will have to face Man City, Liverpool, Newcastle, Arsenal, United, and Chelsea with only Wigan in-between City - Liverpool and Stoke/Everton in-between United - Chelsea. Those games could do some serious damage.

All things considered, I think it's theirs to lose.
