Does Rocky Dawuni count? One of his albums is called Hymms for the Rebel Soul.

Any particular reason? Each to their own I suppose. I like the stories they tell. Particularly Irish rebel songs and the stories they carry of oppression, uprisings.

    I have no idea.

Here's one from way back it's origin the Mexican Revolution.

Rough translation and a few TL notes. shifty

    Carbines .30-.30
    The ones the rebels sported(carried).
and the Federales would say(Federal soldiers, the bad guys in the song)
that with those you cannot kill(they assumed it was a weak rifle and their Mauser rifles were better)

    Carbines .30-.30
    The ones the rebels sported.
    and the Fedareles would say
that with those you cannot kill.

With my .30-.30 I'm going to march
    and join the rebel ranks
if they ask for my blood, my blood I shall give them(stating his willingness to die)
for the inhabitants of our nation.

    (war cry)

Francisco Villa(a revolutionary leader(general acutally), more commonly known by Pancho Villa) yelled
"where do you findyour self Argumedo?(Benjamin Argumedo, one of the bad guys(later turned good guy) and Francisco Villa's greatest adversary)
come stand here up front(he wants to confront him face to face)
you who fear nothing"(Argumedo was said to fear nothing)

    Francisco Villa yelled,
"where do you find yourself Argumedo?
    come stand here up front
    you who fear nothing"

With my .30-.30 I'm going to march
    and join the rebel ranks
if they ask for my blood, my blood I shall give them
for the inhabitants of our nation.

    We're heading to Chihuahua(a battlefield)
your Black Saint is leaving(in Mexico, it's common to call anybody of a dark complexion "Negro", Black although not necessarily of African decent. Black Saint is probably this man's nickname, by the way he is talking to his lover at this point"
if a bullet breaks me(obviously if he's killed)
go mourn me at holy ground(holy ground being a cemetery in this case)

    One of my favorite songs.

You like your gifs son, don't you. Any chance you could post more constructively in future? Which includes refraining from posting pictures of cocks.
