Yeah they did go that far. It doesn't make sense they are imposing stricter punishments but at the same time appointing moderators who are 12 - 16 there is one moderator who is 12 (He is called something like Lordelmo1)

Well that sure explains a lot. Clearly EA need to:
A. Only use professional, paid community managers.
B. Seperate community from game systems
C. Stop with nonsensical DRM and random policies that makes pirating a game about 1000 times more attractive than buying it.
They ill never go for C, despite research showing that non DRM software does nkt get copied any more than DRM software. Basically costing EA millions in "security costs" that are as effective as snake oil. Howcome these policies all seem like they were hashed out by retarded people?
