I've already decided what my new years resolutions are. I aim to get a 6 pack before July ready for Magaluf; we're booking in a few weeks after our next pay days. I will also join a gym to help achieve these goals as I have got pretty fat since giving up football, all I do is eat and no sport. Gonna train and enter the Robin Hood marathon too seeing as I'll be 18
I had a 6 pack going in the summer, then I moved back to Canada and stopped working out for two weeks and it all went away.
