My Dad's side is pretty minted, but my Stepdad's isn't really overly wealthy. He's the owner of a conveyor belt company, but nah, not rich.

The house and the stuff in it probably looks more expensive than it is. A lot of the stuff is his from years ago, like the pool table, the pictures on the wall, the Liverpool shirt etc. We've got a proper arcade pinball machine and bar football to find a place for too, which was his. And two big pub jukeboxes worth about £12,000 each, but again, from a long time ago, before he even knew us. (he came into my life when I was about 11) So, over 10 year ago.

The house was his too, we lived at my Mum's house beforehand, whilst his sons lived here (32 and 28) so it was just sitting there really, not like we bought the house from scratch. His side of the family already had it.

Typed up a lot more than I was meant to, lol, but to answer your question, it's probably not as expensive as it looks, at all.

Not sure what I think of the lights but the kitchen is generally very nice. Black is very chic for this kind of thing.
