A few basic rules.
You can buy/trade with any other active team. Active means they have a manager and are taking part in this league.
When both managers have agreed on a deal, simply go to "Active Teams - Transfers" and list:

If any one lies about a transfer then punishment will be dealt. If someone confirms a deal involving you which you did not agree to then post in the disputes thread.

You can also use your budget to buy players that are not on active teams. For example, you can buy a player from Hull City(if you really wanted to...but no one will as they suck)
The prices of these players are fixed dependant on their ratings.
81+ £20m
76-80 £10m
71-75 £5m
0-70 £2m
It is strictly on a first come, first serve basis. If you want to buy a player, you go to the Inactive teams - Transfers and simply list

Also please don't edit posts in the Inactive teams Transfer threads. It makes it a lot harder to work out who's done what first.
Make sure that you don't use transferred players in any fixtures until it's all been confirmed.
Only use players on your roster, using other players in any official fixtures will result in disqualification.
To clear things up player ratings are based on their best rated position as long as it is realistic, so Bale is 81+ as he realistically plays at LM. For further clarification just ask and I'll straighten it out.
