what a weekend!

This weekend has produced enough of interesting results that seem worthy of it own thread. Here are some that I can think of right now.



Kilmarnock 1-0 Rangers

Mainz 3-2 Bayern Munich

Getafe 1-0 Barcelona

FC Augsburg 1-0 Wolfsburg (ok might be a stretch to consider as a shock)

Asteras Tripolis 2-0 Olympiakos

Athletic Bilbo 0-1 Granada

Śląsk Wrocław 0-1 Wisła Kraków

Liverpool 1-1 Manchester City

Getafe winning agianst Barcelona was the biggest shock for me

Bayern

There's still Milan left

TBF, I don't find anything that shocking in the Bundesliga. Everyone seems to beat everyone else.

Real Madrid B 1-0 Barcelona was the biggest shock.

Bayern have been really dominant this year though, especially in defense, so to see them concede 3 and lose is shocking.

Bayern Munich have been doing really well in the champions league why are they doing badly in the Bundesliga?

They're not doing badly? They're 3rd or so I believe, they were 1st till they lost to Dortmund last week and now this.

Thankfully Olympiacos lost, if Panathinaikos can keep winning and Olympiacos progress to the last 16 of the CL, we could have a healthy lead.

Bayern haven't done badly, didn't concede in the Bundesliga since the first game vs Gladbach until the Dortmund game I believe and they were generally very dominant.
Schweini is injured, so that's most likely the reason why they lost the last two games.

Still they were playing good all season, except messed up in the last two games, and dropped to 3rd.

Bristol City beat Southampton too

Wisla Krakow winning a game is also a shocker.

Hehe wasn't really serious. Ekstraklasa is such a competitive league it's not odd at all we beat Slask. It's just odd we beat them considering our recent form. Then again we have a new manager and players returning from injury.

LDU Quito 1-2 Imbambura

Imbambura where promoted from 2nd div of Ecuador Serie A last season and they beat the Champions of 1st division champions LDU.

very true they were look unstoppable for long time but now they lose 2 in a row and bvb is back in the hunt

Was shocked Victory actually won a game. With 10 men as well.

I couldn't believe when the commentator said the Victory pulled off one of the greatest comebacks in A-League history

they were 2-0 up at one stage. I don't give a fuck if they had 10 men, they almost fucked it all up
