Still....I have had it and whilst suicide does come into your mind when you're feeling really shit.....that doesn't mean you have to do it...like I said it crossed my mind but I would never have gone through it. Life is too precious, I doubt I could ever understand how someone could go through with it.

You have no idea what his problem was so how the fuck can you judge him? People don't ask for help because depression is looked down on. Look at some of the comments in this thread. He'd probably be called a pussy and asked to get on with it which would make him feel worse. Depression is an illness not something you decide to have. He didn't go to the shop and ask for it. His brain was taken over by one of the most deadly illnesses someone could have. If he was thinking straight then of course he wouldn't have killed himself, you complete fool.

Terrible news, RIP to Speed and condolences to his friends and family.

Suicide is such a terrible thing, he could've been murdered for no reason but I can't fathom any reason why. He was a Premier league player and international manager who made tons of money, although he could've been in debt to some shady people I just don't see it, not initially anyway. Seems like depression or something like that, and in that case I hope that it can at least bring more awareness to this disease.

Also, not surprised to see some of the lame jokes and stupid discussion by our members in this thread, come on son.

That could be it actually. Maybe their real life is shit, no friends, no girls, no life. That's why they're on a forum 24/7. I used to think all forum members were just normal people, after a few days I could tell it wasn't though. It's almost an alternative world for people with shit lives. Jamie was a prime example.

maybe it wasnt a mental illness? and not everyone with depression kills themselves do they you idiot??? they get help or work through it themselves.. did YOU read this thread??? many say they HAD depression, so you can get past it. but no speed took the easy way out, leaving a wife and kids behind which is horrible

i come here by choice, i can leave whenever i want (i actually did for a few months). the people i am talking about are people that would go crazy and wouldnt know what to do if they were banned for 3 days
