I do work the abs.. its just i love food too much, bodyfat is too high.

Good point. Are abs supposed to be easy for people with high metabolism? I can't ever see me getting decent abs.

I buy this in 5kg tubs.. lasts at least 6 weeks a tub and cheap as fuk. (In holland and barret its like £30 for 1kg and not even as good quality)

I'd honestly be embarrassed of that body (Coming from me). I wouldn't mind having a low body fat % like him but if I was that size I wouldn't be able to do my work or play football in the style I do.
