well the french are genius in negotiating, look in ww2 but seriously, french sign their deal before the recession and they benefit hugely

plus france is a big market

england? very little of that money is spending on third party facilities like for youth. is why many clubs and football figures in england complain of lack of help

infact the premier league contributed to more initiatives and more money into youth infrastructure for many years then the fa. is a combination of the fa not as wealthy and their priority being elsewhere
