Scored goals for fun when he was at Ajax. Kezman, Kalou, Kuyt, Alves etc etc were just the same for their teams in Holland, yet when they came to England, with the exception of Kuyt, possibly Kalou, all flopped. But even then Kalou and Kuyt weren't great goal scorers.

Fortunately for Suarez though he is a very skilful player, and he is good at skill. It hides the fact that he's actually shit.

Not a flop, but overrated yes. I'm sure he'd look better in a side with more creativity around him though, and he wasn't that expensive compared to some signings.

Good player, hasn't been clinical enough yet but have seen enough nice finishes from him to know he could easily go on a long run of scoring.

I don't like him, he's a complete cunt but I do think he's a talented player. If he cut out the diving he could become a very good player.

He scores for fun when playing with Uruguay. That's something Kuyt, Kalou, Alvez etc couldn't do. He's proven he score goals, but not for Liverpool, not with the bit part players around him.

I don't see how he's overrated in my opinion, I mean who rates him as a striker these days? Everyone knows he can't finish for shit and everyone knows he's super skillful. So if everyone is on the same page then nobody can overrate him.

His lasts couple of games for Uruguay haven't been great but he's still a fantastic player.

I'd agree with Jord about the players around him. It's difficult to play well and in Suarez's case, let go of the ball when you don't have confidence in the players around you. I believe in that working harder instead of smarter thing. He tries to overcompensate.
