I was just thinking, the other night whilst watching this.
The series is great because I have it all downloaded on my computer and just watch episode after episode.
However.. I was thinking, on the TV, unless you catch every episode as it airs, HIMYM is probably confusing as hell to those casual watchers.
It's a storyline and truth be told, you gotta watch all the episodes to understand alot of it fully. Not mentioning you have to really bond with the characters first.

Yeah true but watching a random episode on TV is pretty funny - that's how I got into it.

I've been a causal watcher for like... a month or two? Just watching replays and I'm pretty caught up. I think

TBH the storyline is so continuous between episodes that I think you gotta watch them all in order to fully appreciate the series.
