    Veins don't appear because of muscle mass. They appear when you have a lower body fat percentage. The lower it is, the more prominent the veins become.

    & on the benching subject a page back I do warm up on 45kg do 20 reps, then 55kg do 12 reps, then 65kg 8-10, then 70kg 6 reps.

    Dedge i've never done them but i will put them in my routine starting monday. I like to change the exercises every few months.
