I was in the school gym doing a variety of things the other day, it's hard to have a plan or routine because there's not a great choice of equipment and that and there's always too many people, but I swear my upper abs are more pronounced than they were a couple of days ago Laughing

I was doing 16kg on my 1st set on shoulder press today, I think I've been getting stronger. Very Happy but I had to take it down a bit on the other two sets.

Just had a pretty good leg day, took 95kg ATG on squats for 3 sets, failed on my last two sets. Legs were shaking loads towards the end of the workout.

Yeah but only from when I used to be fat not from muscle. Try bio oil, that's supposed to work.

Did you guys hear about the most inspirational on bb.com saga?

bb.com removed Zyzz and put Jamie Eason at no.1 to generate more money, they got a community backlash, then revived Zyzz to the post. Zyzz's account has been banned for steroid abuse and his profile picture was changed to an earlier one.

Not been on here for a long time. Give you guys a little catch up. My 3 month cut went amazing well (got some clen for last 2 weeks, proper shreds you to pieces). In a 3 month period I went from 11st 12lbs to 11st 4lbs at my lowest and that was when my abs was popping through. Never actually lost that tiny little bit before my holiday as I kinda messed up diet during month 2 and didn't do as much cardio as once thought.

Napa was amazing and all that, now time for the bulk! Been training hard and seen improvements in weights already. Just sometimes not getting enough protein throughout the day especially if i'm working. Some days i'll get about 100g (thats it on a good day right now?) on a bad day maybe 40g? During my diet I was getting around 150-200g comfortably. Need to get back upto that stage especially now and could stop with eating actual shit, sweets and just relatively crap food. Time to go order some protein!

I've got them on my back but that's because I had a big growth spurt. But as Zzonked said, Bio Oil is meant to work, I've got some but I can't reach my back so I've hardly used it Laughing

But my brother's girlfriend is pregnant, so she has stretch marks and says that Bio Oil works.

Overheard a guy bragging about how he's on steroids at the gym today. Then saw him do a 'chest' excercise that looked an awful lot more like a triceps exercise and do 40kg curls almost entirely bouncing them up with his back with no arms involved. He was no bigger than me either, seriously felt like decking him for being a spastic.

Progress pic just to show where abouts I'm at, no pump or nothing just out the shower. When will it be my turn for abs?

I'm waaaaaay less knowledgeable on fitness than you but with my limited knowledge I'd suggest you do more core exercises if you want abs. Maybe bring your body fat a bit lower too (even sticks with no muscles can have abs.)

    Your pout is magnificent though.

Yeah think it's a body fat ting really. I'm starting a bulk atm though, so will only try again for abs next summer or so. Should probably manage it by then if I bulk a lot now.
