What do you do for a living?
So as it says in the title, what is your occupation? What company do you work for? and what does a normal day in your work/college consist of?

Re: What do you do for a living?
I don't do anything atm, I am 'apparently' looking for work atm, but I will properly look for work about 2 weeks after Fifa 11 comes out.

Re: What do you do for a living?
I'm a Marketing Sales Executive for Everest Home Improvements.
But most days I'll push through one sale and just sit on the internet making myself look busy.
I also work 5 weeks a year in Plymouth the other 44 working weeks in St.Albans
My life story.

Re: What do you do for a living?
I'm currently in contsruction. Started off as just something to make money to get a car to give me more options. Still here with my current savings at £140. Days usually consist of a lot of travelling, then maybe a fair bit of heavy lifting one day, making steel beams the next, or doing carpentry the next.
Depressing.

When I was at school I thought it sucked and never understood why adults always said school years are the best years of your life. Now I understand.

Re: What do you do for a living?
It's not good having a job and according to my friends I'm a lucky one. I'm on good wages with a very easy job but I still hate it, watching a significant amount from your wages leave your account for bills at the end of every month is heart breaking

I was exactly the same, but you'll realise school was just a doss with your mates compared to working. Plus, you've not got any worries about money and that. Can't wait to start getting into bills and that shit in a years time..

Studying a Career. If all goes well I should have my ATP in about a year and a half and if I'm lucky I'll get hired by an airline.

School = Best times of your life (In a way)
You will want to go back, its better than work.
On topic: work for a Marketing business, basically help other businesses with their marketing side of things etc...
Boring if you ask me.

Current Occupation: College Undergraduate Student
I'm expecting to graduate May of 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Finance and a certificate in Accounting. Currently, I'm looking for a full-time job, but it's a bit difficult in this state of the economy. Hopefully I can get an offer before I graduate next year.

My friend graduated last summer, came home and could not find a job anywhere at all. so now he went back to live in the city he went to school in (San Fransisco) to get his old job back (Surfshop) and live in a house with 2-3 other roomates
It's very hard to find a job these days, even with a degree so Good luck man!
I work for the city that I live in, mostly doing janitorial duties (like the good 1/2 mexican I am)

First year of university, studying to become an engineer. I actually prefer it to high school (except the transport - that part fucking sucks).

I used to work at Carphone Warehouse but packed that in to run my business from home. Nothing massive, but I make more money than I would earn and i'm learning business skills and shit along the way.
