98-4 to your lot is ridiculous and just a pointless match for all as least ours was close for a bit.

We won, didn't play that well though.. The ground was in the middle of nowhere.

How much was your ticket?
Yeah... It was probably the most one sided game I've seen there. Nearly every attack we scored.

Re: Official Rugby League Thread
£5 , some Whitehaven fans were moaning that they had to pay £15 as RFl had put the prices up which made me laugh.
Yeah its not the easiest of draws but we could have had worse i guess.. Your match won't be an easy one for sure.

Re: Official Rugby League Thread
That i will.
Should be a healthy crowd though as it was pretty much full v Castleford, our match will have about 4k..

Unlucky man. I watched some, but decided on El Classico instead.

Re: Official Rugby League Thread
I didn't see much being honest as i only got back for the second half but we bossed it and should have won with a chance in the last minute.
Was fighting again and my dad, his mate and my mate were having a go at some as well.

Re: Official Rugby League Thread
I'm a St Helens fan mainly because I have family over there. We got a great win last night. (yes it might have been easy but we could have taken it for granted) 76-0 is a great result regardless of who you play. Mike Rush and Cunningham are gods! But we got Nate Brown next year

Re: Official Rugby League Thread
You said i support a poor club in Bury yet we are above you in the table and have a lot more history then Scunthorpe.
As for Salford we have been shit for years and our last good season was 2006.

How many times have you been in the Championship in the last ten years then? What is it? None? Exactly. We're just a tiny little town.

Have you ever won an FA Cup? None? exactly. Twice winners and the highest ever score in the final which has still never been beaten.
Just a load of plastic United fans us lot of course.

Re: Official Rugby League Thread
I think Huddersfield will win it, they will most likely beat Swinton tomorrow and they could go all the way.

Re: Official Rugby League Thread
I reckon Saints or Leeds will win the challenge cup this year tbh. They'll probably go into the final against someone as slight underdogs and win.

Re: Official Rugby League Thread
Ref got smashed in our game, felt a bit sorry for him.
Tomkins scored a really nice try too.
Just watching the highlights and Phil Clarke is complaining that Anthony Gelling is playing instead of a young English winger. He can get to fuck, Gelling is a great prospect, why should we ignore that just because he's not English?
