Re: Wrestlemania 28
Rock-Hogan was different though. Hogan was already well past his prime whilst The Rock is still in great physical health at the moment and the age gap is minimal between the two wrestlers compared to the age gap between Rock and Hogan.

Re: Wrestlemania 28
the thing that pisses me off about the Rock winning is he basically abandoned the WWE for years and then decides to come back and is immediately given everything he wants on a fucking platter. He gets to main event Wrestlemania, he does fuck all wrestling over a year (1 match iirc) and does some promos. Then he gets to go over Cena in the main event.

The Rock is superior to Hogan though, in every way, at any point in time.

The Rock has done more for the WWE than most, he earned this, and he earned all the fans he has.Chip wrote:the thing that pisses me off about the Rock winning is he basically abandoned the WWE for years and then decides to come back and is immediately given everything he wants on a fucking platter. The Rock
When Rock went up to the turnbuckle and Cena caught him for the A.A, i was ready to exit out of my browser.
Amazingly, the WWE got their act together and Rock won a minute later with Rock Bottom.
Kinda didn't like how the Punk/Jericho match ended in a tap out, but the feud should go on.

Re: Wrestlemania 28
I used to watch this all the time, I only watch Wrestlemania now though because it is too predictable. I could tell the Rock was going to counter the move at the end, and that he was going to win due to him being battered and all this 'fitness' talk.

Re: Wrestlemania 28
Did you watch it? The CM Punk/Jericho, Triple H/Undertaker matches were awesome. The main event would never have lived up to expectation to be honest, it's been hyped up for an entire year, it only lasted about 30 minutes for fuck sake

Thought it was a good PPV. Thought Rocky would jump up like that for the 5-knuckle shuffle
No Lesnar - hopefully tonight on RAW
Added a poll for MOTN, Trips v Taker for me.

The only good match Was Triple H vs The Undertaker, I thought the other matches were extremely boring.

Re: Wrestlemania 28
I thought the three main events were good.
Both Show-Rhodes and Kane-Orton had finishes I didn't expect so can't complain there. Divas match was shit and the time should have been used for the WHC match though.

Watching it has made me bring out the Wrestlemania 19 DVD to watch The Rock finally beat that bald cunt at Wrestlemania.

One of my favourite Mania's, will always be remembered for Lesnars SSP.
Jericho suplexing Punk to the outside was brilliant, thought it was obvious that Punk would reverse it into the inside
