Novak took the second set in the tiebreak, Novak v Rafa tomorrow, if Djoker plays like that v Rafa I worry.

Be good when the French starts, whoever wins the final tomorrow will probably go in as the favourite. I'd quite like to see Murray challenge a bit more though.

    True.

I think Rafa has a decent chance, though. He's healthy and motivated. Just hoping that he doesn't give away too many silly points a la Aussie Open Final.

The thing is, he didn't actually play to his highest level, Djokovic had something like 40 unforced errors today.

Djokovic threw the Final to make sure he avoided Nadal in the French.

He's that scared of someone he beat 7 times in a row? Hmm I thought more of him as a champion.

He's a great champion because he does everything he can to maximise his chances of success.

It's likely he'd have to beat Rafa to win the French anyway, and he's more than capable of doing so, he threw nothing.. he just wasn't on top of his game.

Yeah, it's likely, but it's less likely if Nadal is 2nd seed than if he's 1st.

All that's guaranteed is that 1st and 2nd won't be in the same semi.

I'm just telling you what RR was trying to say. He believes Novak is the real winner of the weekend as at the more important tournament (Roland Garros) Djokovic will not have a tough semi-final match against Nadal since Nadal is now number 2 in the world.

Well I think that is what he means

I don't know about that, because by his logic this helps Nadal too, as he could get Murray in the Semi Final and Novak could get Federer and be knocked out like last year, I don't think it benefits anyone personally and all that matters is the tournament win.
