must be withdraw symptoms.

its got to the point where i'm fapping in my dreams now.

I can't imagine what withdraw symptoms must be like for drug addicts, if this is what no porn or fapping feels like.

Why don't you just restrict yourself to doing it only once or twice a week?

Its a lot more than that for me personally.

I really want to see how far I can get and i need to do this for myself.

I have really bad with draw symptoms.

I only ever tug when I'm bored or not off out at night, and sadly this is most of the time.

Hey guys, I just joined the site today. I think I'm addicted to fapping. I decided to do something about it and today is day 4 of no-fap. I have never gone more than 2 days without fapping and I'm finding it tough. Luckily, I'm not addicted to porn and never watch it. (I'm 20)
On day 4, I noticed boners randomly coming and going with no stimuli. I found this thread and decided to go through it and I found this! :

The temptation is so overwhelming that I'm afraid I'll succumb to it. That's why I'm typing and seeking help, kinda like an AA meeting. If I can learn to stay in control, that would be so awesome.
I feel like a damn drug addict !

Anyway, I could use the support and a challenge. Not fapping is easy... Overcoming temptation and not fapping is challenge!
