I will give it a go starting from tomorrow.

Day 1: 5 minutes left of day one, moved 63.9 gigabytes of porn to the recycling bin, was too big to fit so it asked me to permanently delete it, so I obliged.

I'm not going to have an end date, I want to go cold turkey overnight, I feel having deadlines defeats the purpose, all you do is just wait till the next deadline, not thinking of anything else, I just want my body to know that that enough dopamine due to touching myself for a lifetime.

The thing is that without a deadline I just think "oh it's impossible to not fap again in my entire life, I'm definitely going to break it at some point, so it might as well be now." With a deadline I know that I don't have to go forever without it, just 30 days.

Btw, you're supposed to do without any porn or edging (fapping a little bit without jizzing). If you want proper results.

I think that just going without porn would make a difference on its own. I'm not gonna fap anyway.
