First I saw a stick women cutting a giraffe's head off with a sword, then I saw South America in blue, then on the other side, a white ghost, then I was like fuck this, blinked and tried again and the image disappeared.

I got it. You are supposed to stare at the middle without blinking or moving your eyes. Eventually, the whole image will disappear. You aren't supposed to see a hidden image or anything.
It's a common optical illusion. Our brain tends to ignore details and distort images after staring at something for a while. It's why the "Bloody Mary" mirror trick "works".
