There's so many strikers better than Tevez. Dzeko, Rooney, Falcao, Balotelli, Chamakh etc.

And are you really asking why that midfield wouldn't do well. A) 4-4-2 is shit B) there is no one at all that is gonna win the ball back effectively. Ronaldo would leave his full back exposed, as would Messi. Iniesta would go forward and Xavi would be the only one relatively deep and he cannot do a thing if a team passes around him.

I mean that will be the team of the current season, looking at it, Gerrard is going to benefit massively from Downing, Carroll, Suarez and Adam being around him, especially if he can ping balls across the pitch to Downing / Enrique who have undoubted pace.

Baines, IMO, would play for England more often than not if he was at a club like Arsenal.

Torres has had a better start than last, and he's shown he's still got it, so I think he'll be up there again as the best strikers in the world come the end of the season.
