Man management is one on one with players, team building is well.. self explanatory.

Youth Development - Self-sufficiency = All deh moniez
Man Management - Happy players = Good players

Team Building = Morale is good way to win games
Angry and Inspirational = Look where Fergies got with it

This is true. Unless I convert him into a box to box deep lying playmaker.

I'd say team building is the most important thing I'd focus on, having 11 players on the pitch who trust each other cooperate and work towards a common goal would be my priority.

Calm/Angry are pointless.

Youth Developer - Making some money and getting the youngsters through for the future.
Team Building - Getting the team to play well together is the only way to succeed after all
Offensive Tactitian - Keep the ball and we should be OK!
