Which ones have you played, and what difficulty settings do you use?

Rome total war

Starting an imperial campaign as Carthage, medium battle difficulty, hard campaign difficulty. Rome, you're next.

I have had them all after Medieval 1.

Rome is my favourite, of course...I hope they do a Rome 2

On Shogun 2..I can't do legendary...even on medium for some clans I get fucked over so bad within 10 turns. Managed to complete the game on the harder difficulties with the easier clans...though tbh I haven't played forever and ever.

Rome...legendary difficulty is easy

Hmm, many turns in and I've just been consolidating my original regions. Apart from capturing a few numibian places.

So good when you use elephants who send legionnaries flying up in the air.

Just got Rome:total war gold pack or whatever.

Cost me 25 NZD, About 10-15 pounds i think.....

Good taste. First time I played it I was blown away. Just a tip, you start as one of the three Roman factions. If you destroy another faction, say Gaul, you get to play it in your next Imperial campaign.

I just change the registry so I unlock them all

It's £5 on Steam I even got it for £1.5 when it was on special offer.

Though ofc...when I originally bought it the first day it was out..it was a lot more....I just broke the cd and had to buy it again

I know that, but it just feels better if you do it the hard way. Because I really really wanted to play as Carthage.

Played for 3 hours straight and i keep wanting to play more and more...

Yeah it is really addictive.

soundtracks don't come much better than this. really, they just don't beat this.
