You don't actually choose formation. Say you're playing a 4-4-2, swap a defender for an attacker and it'll change to a 3-4-3.

I just took a screenshot, and you change formation by just making substitions by taking a player out and putting one in and it changes the formation for you

My thoughts exactly Ben, they rarely pick up points and if their team conceeds unless they score or get an assist they'll get 1-2 points.
